Purchase Terms and Digital Product License

When you buy a NineKit digital product, you are buying a license to use the file, not ownership of the file or the design. NineKit keeps all rights to the templates, worksheets, text, layouts and artwork.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. NineKit never sees or stores your full card number. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout.

Digital products are delivered on your order page right after payment and in your confirmation email. The order link works for 24 hours. After that, sign in to your account or request a fresh link at nine-kit.com/downloads/recover.

Products delivered as a Google Sheet open as a link that lets you make your own private copy. Make that copy before you close the page.

Services are delivered as scheduled sessions. You will receive a booking confirmation with the session link and the 48-hour reschedule rule.

Each purchase includes one license. A license covers one person, or one business for the business tools, and it does not expire.

You may edit, fill in, adapt and print the files for your own use. Anything you create with them, such as your own resume, tracker entries or interview notes, is yours.

If you want to use a NineKit product across a team, a company, a school or a coaching practice, contact us first. That use needs a separate license.

Selling, reselling, renting, giving away or trading NineKit files or edited versions of them.

Uploading NineKit files to marketplaces or template galleries (for example Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, Notion or Canva template sites), file-sharing sites, shared drives, or group chats and communities such as Facebook groups, Discord servers or WhatsApp groups.

Sharing your order links, download links or account sign-in with anyone else.

Removing or changing the NineKit name, notices or branding on the files.

Using NineKit files, text or layouts to build a product that competes with NineKit, or to train or fine-tune an AI tool.

Presenting NineKit work as your own original product.

NineKit may cancel your license and switch off access without a refund.

NineKit sends takedown notices to marketplaces, hosts and platforms, and may recover costs where the law allows.

If you see NineKit files being sold or shared without permission, tell us through the contact page or at support@nine-kit.com. A link or screenshot is enough.

Services such as the Interview Strategy Session and the Career Search Intensive are supportive and educational. NineKit does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment, does not apply to jobs on your behalf, and does not provide legal, HR, immigration, financial or medical advice.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time can be refunded or moved once at no cost. Late cancellations and missed sessions may not be refundable or rescheduled.

Intake information you share for a service is used only to prepare for and deliver that service.

Because digital files are delivered instantly, digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is damaged, incomplete or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days and we will repair the file or refund you. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

Keep your order links and account sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
