Privacy Policy

Order information (name, email, billing details) is collected by NineKit and processed by Stripe when you purchase.

Email signup collects your first name and email address, with your explicit consent.

Contact form submissions collect the name, email, and message you provide.

To deliver purchased products and services, respond to questions, and send emails you have asked to receive.

We do not sell personal information.

The Resume Coach is free and doesn't require an account. When you use it, you're given a temporary anonymous sign-in so your session stays private to you.

You upload your resume (PDF or Word) and, if you choose, paste a job posting. Your file and the text we read from it are kept in private storage linked to your session. They are not shown to other visitors, sold, or used for marketing.

We ask for your email to send you a 6-digit code to confirm it, and to send you your finished resume. Your email is stored with your session and deleted with it. We only add you to our email list if you tick the box to join. To keep the free review to one per person, we keep a scrambled (keyed hash) form of your email address for 12 months after your review; it can't be turned back into your address. To prevent misuse, we also keep a hashed form of the address for up to two days to limit how many emails can be sent to it.

To write your review, the text of your resume is sent to Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, which acts as our AI service provider. Email addresses, phone numbers and LinkedIn profile links are removed from the text before it is sent.

You can delete your resume and your whole review session at any time using the "Delete my resume" button. Anything you leave behind is deleted automatically seven days after the session starts, and temporary anonymous sign-ins are removed once they are more than seven days old and have no active session.

Essential browser storage supports the cart. NineKit does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. Optional tracking will not be enabled without an appropriate consent choice.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.

Order, account, contact and Resume Coach information is stored with NineKit's website hosting and database provider.

Card payments are handled by Stripe under its own security practices. NineKit does not store card details.
